NYC Subway Map App Reviews

Im using a 4th gen iPod touch with iOS 5.0.1 and the app crashes about two seconds after opening to the title screen…EVERY TIME. It doesnt even get to the map before crashing.

This app is great! I cant believe others are charging like $4.99 for similar apps.

Since update.. Two days ago.. The app cant get past title. I cant see the app anymore

This saved me a couple of times.

This App use to be amazing, simple, and never a problem. Since a recent update you cannot zoom out on map. It is a great feature to help get complete view of entire city. The ads are fine since it is a free app, but if the zoom was removed to better view ads its annoying

Used to love this app but deleted it since it no longer works

One of favorite app I use when I travel. But since the update it just stop workin for me. Please fix ASAP!!!!!!

This app needs zoom out/in. Only having one zoom is killing it.

Just a non interactive, non-zooming picture. Worthless.

Crash crashes crashed again

I have been able to act like an expert giving out of towners directions using this app as I too dont live or go to NYC as often as Id like. Really wish the zoom ability was still there.

The update stinks! What happened to the zoom!?? Yes, its just a map, but it was a fine one. Perfect. The first app I ever added to a phone and never updated and totally loved. Foolishly, didnt read the (similar) scathing reviews of this update before grabbing it. PLEASE bring back the zoom, or let us revert back to the original app!! It stinks how developers and companies decide for us how we should view something, and take away other options. Individual choices at the mercy of developers. Stinks. Bring back my app!!!

Frustratingly small; NO pinch-to-zoom.

I used to use this app a lot when all I wanted was a quick scan of the subway map. Now it is out of date because it does not show the new terminus of the 7 Line at Hudson Yards. It still shows that line terminating at Times Square. Also no zoom means doom. The user really needs to be able to zoom in and out. Sorry, but I am deleting this app from my iPhone

The map is easy to use and is able to assess when offline, but I need the new Hudson Yards station updated on the map!
